From the dealer that almost stole $1k from me. After placing a deposit on a car from them a cream puff came up by me. When I tried to change my mind they told me that the deposit is now non refundable (not what they said before) and I had to go through my CC to get a refund. Not to mention they buy up great forum cars and sell them for 10k more. These guys claimed "we put 5k into this car blah blah". For an E39 they repaired dash cluster pixelation and charged over $500, I repaired mine for less than $100 (NOT DIY either). They also charged close to $100 to fill the tank LOL. It sickens me to see that these are the kind of people that have some of the nicer M cars in the market.

I also just recently complained about how they buy up mint forum cars at good prices and then add $10-15k to the price... Whatta scam.
